Fluoxetine 20 mg MDT is are antidepressant tablet used in the management of major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and anxiety disorders. The mouth-dissolving formulation allows the tablet to dissolve quickly in the mouth, making it easier for patients who have difficulty swallowing conventional tablets.

It is used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (bothersome thoughts that won't go away and the need to perform certain actions over and) , some eating disorders, and panic attacks (sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry about these attacks).
