Domperidone with Paracetamol is a combination of medicines used in the treatment of migraine.
- Migraine are associated with nausea
- vomiting
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
Domperidone is a prokinetic that works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to pass through the stomach more easily. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever associated with migraine.
