Troxerutin 2% Calcium Dobesilate 0.25% Lignocaine 3% Hydrocortisone 0.25% Zinc Oxide 5% Phenylephrine 0.1% Cream is a combination medicine used in the treatment of piles. It relieves the pain, swelling, itching, and discomfort associated with the passing of stools in people who suffer from problems in the anal area.
Treatment of Piles
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
Troxerutin and Calcium Dobesilate are vasoprotective medicines that strengthen the blood vessels in the affected area and promote healing. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby decreasing pain sensation. Hydrocortisone is a steroid that reduces redness, itching, and swelling. Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks the swollen blood vessels to further relieve itching and irritation in piles.
