The medication belongs to the group of medicines called antacids & anti-flatulent which help get rid of certain abdomen issues. Magaldrate & Simethicone Oral Suspension helps in neutralizing the excessive rate of acid in the stomach which later on helps the stomach to make it easier for the gas to pass. The mucous layer is the layer that protects the stomach from acid, but in some cases, the layer gets eroded. The erosion of the layer leads to bloating, acidity and heartburn.
