ZOTEPINE belongs to a group of medicines called anti-psychotics used to treat schizophrenia. It may also be used to treat psychosis and other similar conditions. Schizophrenia is a medical condition in which the person may feel, hear or see things that are not there, believe things that are not true, or feel unusually suspicious or confused.
ZOTEPINE contains Zotepine, which works by modulating the action of chemical messengers in the brain which affect thoughts. Thereby, it helps treat schizophrenia.
