Aluminum Hydroxide 250 mg, Magnesium Hydroxide 250 mg, Activated Dimethicone 50 mg, Sorbitol Solution (70%) (non-crystallising) 1.25 g / 5 ml Soln. used to treat symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer, gastritis, esophagitis, hiatal hernia, or too much acid in the stomach (gastric hyperacidity).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use.
Magnesium hydroxide and Aluminium hydroxide work by neutralising excess stomach acid. Activated dimethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Sorbitol is a laxative with a diuretic (urine-producing) and cathartic (that stimulates defecation) property.
