Aceclofenac SR 200 mg & Cyclobenzaprine SR 15 mg Bilayered Tablet is a sustained-release combination of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a muscle relaxant. It is primarily used to relieve musculoskeletal pain, reduce inflammation, and manage muscle spasms associated with acute or chronic orthopaedic conditions.

Take one tablet once or twice daily, as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water—do not crush or chew. Preferably taken after meals to minimise gastric irritation. Do not exceed the recommended dosage or duration.
Aceclofenac 200 mg (sustained‑release) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Cyclobenzaprine 15 mg (sustained‑release) is a centrally acting skeletal muscle relaxant that helps relieve muscle spasms and associated stiffness. Cyclobenzaprine is structurally related to tricyclic antidepressants and modulates motor neuron activity in the spinal cord.
