Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.
Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine that prevents your body from making "bad" cholesterol (LDL) while raising "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels. Ezetimibe is a cholesterol absorption inhibitor that prevents the absorption of cholesterol from the intestines. Together, they provide a better reduction of cholesterol in your body.
