Azelnidipine is used in the treatment of Angina (heart-related chest pain), Hypertension (high blood pressure), Arrhythmia, hypertensive emergency, subarachnoid haemorrhage, and anal fissure.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it.

Azelnidipine is a calcium channel blocker. It regulates blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the pressure on them, thereby making it easier for the heart to pump more blood throughout the body. In this way, it normalizes the blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure.
