Doxofylline 400 mg SR & Montelukast 10 mg Tablets are used to manage asthma and COPD. It helps open the airways and reduce inflammation. This combination is also used to prevent breathing problems during exercise and relieve symptoms of seasonal and year-round allergies.

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies
