Granisetron is used to prevent vomiting, nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy and nausea.
- Chemotherapy-induced nausea & vomiting

- Prophylaxis of nausea & vomiting associated with radiation therapy
- Nausea & vomiting due to gastric dysmotility & gastroparesis
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
Granisetron is an antiemetic medication. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during anti-cancer treatment (chemotherapy) or after surgery.
