Lafutidine 10 mg Tablets are H2 receptor antagonists used for the treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders such as gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and heartburn. They help reduce stomach acid production and provide symptomatic relief.
  • Reduces stomach acid secretion
  • Provides relief from heartburn, acid reflux, and dyspepsia
  • Heals gastric and duodenal ulcers
  • Protects the stomach lining from acid-related damage
  • Improves overall gastrointestinal comfort
  • Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
  • Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew, crush, or break.
  • Usually taken once daily, preferably before meals.
  • Follow dietary and lifestyle recommendations for best results.
Lafutidine blocks specific receptors (H2 receptors) on the lining of the stomach that stimulate acid production. It also increases the secretions (mucin) inside the stomach. This way, Lafutidine decreases acid production in the stomach and helps in healing the ulcers of the stomach and small intestine. Additionally, it reduces discomfort such as heartburn and gives relief from acid-related indigestion.
