Mesalazine 800 mg DR Tablets are an anti-inflammatory medicine used in the treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. The delayed-release formulation ensures the drug is delivered directly to the intestines, where it reduces inflammation and maintains remission.
