Pantoprazole 40 mg: Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid by inhibiting the proton pump in gastric parietal cells. Domperidone (SR) 30 mg: Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that acts on the chemoreceptor trigger zone in the brain and the upper gastrointestinal tract to increase gastric emptying and reduce nausea and vomiting.
