Rosuvastatin: A lipid-lowering medication that reduces the production of cholesterol by blocking an enzyme in the liver. Rosuvastatin lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and increases good cholesterol (HDL).
Aspirin: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and anti-platelet drug that prevents platelets from sticking together, which reduces the risk of blood clots.
Together, rosuvastatin and aspirin can help prevent heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular events.
